"I love my job, mainly seeing the kids everyday," said Michelle Kovacich, Blades Elementary cafeteria manager. "They make you happy no matter what you're doing because they always have smiles on their faces." 

Connecting with students is also Jim Wiemann's favorite part of his job as a bus driver. 

"We try to strike up a conversation with students about something they want to talk about," Wiemann said. "Our job is to make them feel at home."

"When parents and the community come into the building, they'll see how the school is cleaned and how hard we work to keep it presentable and safe for their children," said Tina Skobel, MOSAIC Elementary custodian.
