Mehlville High and Oakville High rated among the best high schools in Missouri Mehlville High School and Oakville High School were both named among the top high schools in Missouri in rankings published by U.S. News and World Report. 

The report ranked more than 18,000 public high schools nationwide, based on student participation and success on AP exams, mathematics and reading standardized test scores and graduation rate.

Both schools were among the top 17 percent in Missouri. Both Mehlville High School and Oakville High School were rated as “Best” schools by finishing in the top 40 percent of schools nationwide.
