Set your child up for kindergarten success!
If you have a child turning 5 by August 1, 2026, it’s time to get ready for kindergarten! Kindergarten registration is open now and can be completed online.

Once your child is registered, sign up for kindergarten screening. Screening helps your school’s kindergarten teachers get to know your child before the first day of school. This gives our youngest students the best possible start to elementary school.
During the 30-minute screening, early childhood educators and kindergarten teachers engage kids in simple and fun activities. This allows our teachers to begin to understand each child’s unique strengths and areas for growth. Educators start identifying potential strengths or areas where a child may need more help. This helps ensure timely and reliable support is in place as soon as possible.
Additionally, future kindergartners get to see their future school and meet a few educators with mom, dad or another caregiver nearby. This can help students feel a little less nervous on the first day of school.
