All organized groups interested in using Mehlville School District's indoor or outdoor facilities must follow the district’s procedures to reserve facilities in advance. New guidelines and applications are now available by following the links below.

MUSIC (Missouri United School Insurance Council):
Groups that do not carry yearly liability insurance must complete the GatherGuard special events application for one-time use events provided by MUSIC.
Please note that you will be asked for a Venue ID Code. Please contact the building where the event is to be held for code information.
